It looked at the history of cleanfill tipping in Doreen, Nillumbik in the Melbourne Green Wedge. and the way that this was dealt with by the local council Nillumbik Shire. The interview focused especially on the secretive actions of council which locked local landholders out from input into the land management decision that affected their properties, the creek and river system, and the community.
